One of the most classic dishes in our gastronomy. Few are those who manage to make a real masterpiece with this appetising dish, whether in winter or summer. A recipe with simple ingredients that provides everything we need in our diet: carbohydrates with the potato, proteins with the tuna, fat with the mayonnaise and colour and flavour with the surimi and carrots.
