Sirloin steak in whisky sauce with baked potatoes

A tasty dish, simple to prepare is one of the most renowned recipes in Seville, the tapas capital for excellence. The sirloin steak, cutted into medallions, is sear just enough to seal the outside and trap the juices inside. Very juicy thanks to the sauce in which we let the alcohol evaporate so that we are left with only its flavour. Accompanied by delicious baked potatoes.
