Peas with ham

Legumes could not be missing from our menu and that is why we bring you a traditional recipe. Very typical of Extremaduran cuisine, perfect to prepare in season or out of season. Peas are cooked for just the right amount of time, accompanied by a rich stir-fry with onion and Iberian ham to enhance their flavour, with a splash of white wine. Hot, warm or cold, they are a simple dish that provides vitamins to keep you going all day without feeling hungry.
