Meat stew in tomato sauce is another of our typical Andalusian recipes. Made with a sauce of garlic, onion, pepper and a splash of white wine to flavour the tomato. We add the wine to the meat to leave it to rest until the flavours are integrated and the meat is so tender that it melts in the mouth. Is suitable for eating hot, warm or cold as a tapa, portion or as a main dish.
